And, uh, the same sort of i- the excitement around getting ahold of, of something like that.

But I started, uh ...

It came out of, of my involvement with Friends of the Earth, because I set up and ran their, uh, paper recycling campaign.

And I was being funded to work with them by a guy called, great artist called Ed Fairfax Lucy, and a very nice human being.

Ed was paying me £8 a week, and even in those days it wasn't, uh, wasn't a lot of money.

I believe the phrase is reboot.

What are some of those positive wins looking like to you right now?

Yeah, we started having positive wins with AI back in 2019.

We started doing some claim status work.

We're now in the seventh year of that, and it would be very detrimental if that software went away.

So we continue to utilize that, save around 24 FTEs, and then allowing those people to work at the top of the license.

So they're really working on the claims to improve that yield.

Around the mid-cycle, a lot of work this year around the clinical documentation improvement, getting the queries out to the physicians and utilizing some AI to support that so that we can have that better documentation up front.

What would you say right now is the most difficult issue in revenue cycle that no one's really seemed to crack the code on?
