for those who missed Episode 87 or maybe can't remember back a year ago, we'd love for you to start out by telling our listeners what the Robinson Training Academy is and how it is different from other manufacturing training programs.

Sure.

So the Robinson Training Academy really started in May 12th of 25, was when we went operational with it.

There was a lot of planning that went into it prior to that, and basically the concept of it was – beginning to, as the company has grown so fast over the last number of years, begin to structure and organize the training more for our employees.

So one of the things that we did with that was we talked to a lot of people.

We talked to, interviewed, and did surveys with a lot of employees, got their feedback on things, talked to leadership as well, and got their feedback on that.

And then in teams began to implement that Robinson Training Academy concept.
