Jeff, how should farmers think about residue management differently in no-till, strip-till and, of course, conventional tillage systems?

Yeah.

So, you know, in conventional tillage systems where they're doing that full width tillage, basically, you know, it starts at the combine.

You want to chop it into smaller pieces, get it spread evenly behind the combine.

And then you want to get that tilled in if you're in that conventional tillage system.

And the earlier you can get that residue tilled into the soil, the more breakdown you're going to have of it.

You know, sometimes we get these extended falls where it's nice weather into October, November, and we may even have sufficient moisture there.

Another question, what should farmers consider when they're trying to decide whether to bale or remove residue versus just leaving it in the field?

And so, uh, curious to get your thoughts on, on what's in store for the Minnesota corn crop.

Uh, well, you know, it seems like the crop is definitely ahead of normal.

It seems like, uh, tasseling occurred about a week earlier than what it usually does.

Um, you know, we have pretty good moisture conditions a- amount around much of the state.

Uh, however, you know, we're starting to dry out a little bit now.

Um, there's not a lot of rain in the forecast.
