Yeah
22:10
... that I think is coming.
22:12
And, and, uh, let me say one other thing.
22:14
Can't...
22:14
I'm just curious, Ginny, can't you feel like the, I'm saying the vestiges of the old game, like, just holding on for dear life? I, I think you see this in our politics.
22:26
I think you see this in our institutions.
22:28
It's kind of like they're just like, "Oh," you know, like, holding on.

42:28
You talk about, you know, just sh- modeling for your kids, trying something new, brave, and unknown.
2:17
But before we kind of dive into that, Jeff, can we go back a moment? Can you tell us what led you in this work around wisdom, leadership, and the human side of AI? How did this all start?
2:27
Yeah, it's a great question.
2:29
And A little bit of a long story.
2:32
It feels like everything has been leading up to this in my life, honestly, Tony.
2:36
Isn't that interesting how it sometimes feels that way? I grew up in Spokane, Washington, the oldest of six kids in a very traditional conservative home and religion, et cetera, et cetera.
2:49
But I was an entrepreneur in free spirit.
2:51
I started a carpet cleaning business when I was 12 years old.

18 MINS LATER

20:46
How do I keep myself myself?
28:18
Mm-hmm.
28:18
I talk about reforming religion, changing education.
28:22
I even talk about a new political movement that I call the human political movement.
28:28
So how does this happen? It happens in our individual hearts over time.
28:36
We shift, we choose to shift from the old game to the new game, and I know that this seems ridiculous and crazy right now in the, just let's say the political climate that we're in as war is raging around the world.
28:53
The only way this occurs is if enough of humanity, again, shifts from this old game of division, greed, hate, to this new game of karma, authenticity, love.
29:09
So I'm not saying it's gonna be easy.

9 MINS LATER

38:40
Yeah.
20:13
So I'm curious, what changes when you turn your lived experience into something permanent, such as in book form?
20:22
yeah um well a book can never be taken back so every word that i wrote is out there um the book has been a national bestseller i receive a note or two or three every day from someone i don't know or someone who's read it that has been touched by it or their life has changed or whatever that means so much to me i viewed the book as little piece of art my little offering to the divine i just offered my whole heart and soul to the divine and when i say the divine i'm including each one of us so anyways that's a lot of joy however not everyone has loved the book and some of those closest to me i grew up in a christian context in a mormon household uh you know my parents struggled with the book there have been some leaders in my church that have been concerned about some of the things i wrote and so there's there's been some pain that's come as well and i think that's when you know you might be doing something right or you might be speaking the truth or sharing some real art is when there's a little bit of a dissenting opinion And, you know, let me just say, and I hope I'm answering your question, that's not for the faint of heart.
21:43
We're on a heroic journey.
21:45
And this hero journey involves trying to understand our unique gifts and then offering them to mankind, to our fellow humans, to our neighborhood, to our church, to our, you know, whatever it is that we believe in.
22:08
laying our lives down for our friends.
22:10
I think that's what we're trying to do here.
22:13
That's what we need to do.

6 MINS LATER

28:14
So what's the thought behind that?
