me is becoming a purpose.

Um, I realized that my journey through life has been challenging.

With that comes the lessons and the education that you get from it.

I feel really highly resourced because of all the lessons, all the hardship, all the hard knocks, all the times we've had to pick ourselves up as a family.

um so to be able to have these conversations which are invaluable to some we might say something that might be just what just one person needed to hear um and if that is the case then obviously it's incredibly worth our time doing it i don't think anyone does it for attention especially you know you sort of frame it quite well when you're like, please don't clap me or anything like that because you don't want to be told that you've done something well.

There's something in that for you, obviously, that no doubt you have discovered or will discover.

So for you and having a fairly traumatic childhood, what did that kind of teach you about being a man? Because you didn't necessarily have a strong male role model.
