It quickly went to 30 when they started inviting friends.

I had never led singing company.

I had reached out to Junior Vesicula because I know he led it as a cadet at training school.

And I said, my wife says I've got to do singing company.

Where do I start? And he sent me a link to a Dropbox.

And I had no idea at the time that that was just the singing company Dropbox link for Encore.

And that was the beginning of that curriculum.

establishing that culture of accountability of expectation of okay as a as a music program like over overall like these are the things that you know we want to see and expect so yeah that's awesome good for you guys um what are this has nothing to do with music but what are some like dreams and goals that you guys have for the croc center just in general

You're in a shit mood, you have no motivation, you have anxiety.

Is that how you wanna go through life? Even if the energy is working for you, you have no tools to use it, the focus, the mood, the gut health.

If you look at, like, a any kind of energy drink, and you're gonna go out and stay out late, you're screwing up your cortisol curve enormously.

There's sort of two kinds of energy.

There's the peaceful energy, and then there's the, "I have so much energy from meth that I got arrested." That's our new tagline, the opposite of meth.

I call it my limitless powder.

Mm-hmm

... you know, or with others, of course, that's a well-worn path.

[laughs] I mean, I can just see you running down the street in front of the studio here, just-

Yeah, right.

No, they have, uh, they have masters track all over the world.

So they have, like, a world championship, uh, every other year.

This year it's in Korea.

Uh, a couple years ago it was in Sweden.

They have a national championship in the America every year, indoor and outdoor, and then, uh, scores of regional meets all over the country.
