What were the first few batches like and how many failures did it take before you made something that was sellable?
6:52
Yeah, it's a great question.
6:54
I mean, I think what's important here is the fact that I was not selling it and that was on purpose.
6:59
So that I did that, you know, I did not make this stuff in my basement and then go like market test it.
7:05
This was purely a curiosity test.
7:10
Endeavor that that had started back in 2012 2013 I you know I had been in corporate business development corporate growth for about 11 years phenomenal job incredibly interesting but it was kind of rinse and repeat and by you know year 11 I'd gotten pretty.
7:28
pretty good at doing it, and my mind kind of wandered.

12 MINS LATER

19:46
But do things like that concern you? And Are there ways to adapt to lessen the impact if we have something like this happen over the winter?
1:43
Can you tell us a little bit about that?
1:46
Yeah, yeah.
1:46
It's been a bit of a roller coaster here.
1:49
So back in, I guess, you know, it really all started with the fact that in January, we did not renew our lease for our facility here in in Charlottesville.
2:02
And so we, uh, you know, we are not unlike many others.
2:07
Uh, you know, we're looking at about a decade in, uh, you've been carrying a lease, you've been renewing it.
2:14
Uh, and you look back and realize how much is it has, uh, increased term to term and what your overall spend has been.
5:42
Right.
