12:21Are there other energy resources that this project will use that are separate from the grid as we know it today?
Jeff BeachGUEST
As we know it today, yes, the solar farm that is under construction, it is going to be paired with battery storage if that gets approved.
Jeff BeachGUEST
There's also some wind energy that could be used, but that energy will all likely go kind of onto the grid and then come back off the grid, as I understand it.

2:21jeff talk to me about the tradition i guess that farmers oftentimes lock prices of diesel in in advance was it the case this year that they were able to do that to perhaps save or were they waiting for prices to fall And they just didn't.
Jeff BeachGUEST
So I think, you know, in the spring, prices shot up after the war with Iran started.
Jeff BeachGUEST
But a lot of farmers had had that spring supply locked in, you know, in December or January or February.
Jeff BeachGUEST
But after farmers burned through that spring supply, they would might try to lock in a price over the summer.

6:17For listeners who don't farm, Jeff, why is diesel so important to agriculture? What makes it the fuel of choice for combines and tractors and semi trucks?
