Do you have anything you want to share about when those might come down the pike or just?

So it, what's interesting, uh, the other question that I get often is like, "What's the most thing that's surprised you since you opened?" And I said, "I thought we had a smaller moment to breathe once we got open." But literally the day after we opened, people were coming out saying, "When is phase two opening?" And I was like, "We've only been open 24 hours.

I didn't think I had to answer this question." So the short answer is that we're targeting in the next s- six to nine months, um, to be able to get a- an additional phase open and to really look at what is the right part of the building to open that is gonna be the most amazing, um, experience for, for guests alike.

There are some areas also that we can continue to expand in phase one, so it is not static by any means.

Like, if you came the first week and you came now, there are things that are, um, expanded and different and more detail.

Um, a lot of the video projections went kind of like from 4K to 8K.

There's just things that they're continuing.

So yeah.
