Tell me what you mean by agents and maybe let's have a couple examples so people can really understand it.
4:43
Yeah, 100%.
4:44
So like, all right, let me level set again on what OpenSpace does at its core and where we're taking it especially and how that sets us up for agents.
4:53
So as I mentioned, if it's in the field, it's an open space where like, I think I'd like to say best in class at allowing our customers to collect and organize visual information, you know.
5:04
And we have a lot of data now.
5:05
Our customers have collected like, I think, 70 billion square feet of imagery data online.
5:12
you know, more than 100,000 projects, 130 countries.

20:08
For what? I don't know, but we need one.
22:52
was going to ask about the human component of that because obviously there's a lot of technology involved but um complex job sites with lots of different trades different levels of you know contractors customers investors all having an interest here it seems like there's uh there's an accountability here that could create both tension but also uh sort of alignment what what's your experience in in how uh how groups how the ability to have these kind of tools um impacts the way that all these uh all these different uh parties and stakeholders work together
23:35
yeah it's a you know it's a great question and one of the things i wanted to deal with very early on to make sure we're on the right side of the culture um and you know one of uh my mentors and he's a board member uh he has this nice phrase it's like you know people will believe their own version of reality if they lack facts you know and if you create a fact set at least for like rational people or mostly rational people they will collaborate far more efficiently.
24:07
And the real, I mean, the real world economy generally, but especially in construction and data centers has been a fact poor environment for a really long time.
24:15
You know, just people's opinions on like what is there, what's not.
24:19
And so that's a part of the reason why there's so much conflict.
24:24
And so I early on wanted to really understand.
24:29
I had worked with builders before starting OpenSpace, so I wasn't totally worried about this, but I wanted to qualify it as like, are people going to be like, we kind of don't want to know what's there.

But on your end, as you look out at thinking about how fast the world has changed in just the past three or four years, what's on the horizon for the line of business, the work you're doing and how you do it?

48:17
What's new? Something, something.
48:20
Yeah, so it's been a pretty cool year at OpenSpace.
48:23
So what's new? So I think what set this up for us is we've gotten, you know, I think quite good at making our customers' lives easier by just gathering reality, what's going on in the job site across lots of different tools whether you start 360 cameras now drones laser scanners mobile phones and then we've added workflows to that with our mobile products people can just get things done in a image first way that is just way less annoying than like typing stuff in we integrate with uh you know pro core not our best too so we're not trying to make people's lives more difficult so this is all good you know gathering lots of data and then i think we just found ourselves in this moment where we can actually put that data to work for our customers in a pretty cool way.
49:08
It kind of brings me to Spatial AI.
49:10
So we've started this, we're calling it agent space, but that's just sort of a code name and have an early access program for our customers.
49:19
And we're just building little guys, little agents that can do jobs for our customers.
49:23
But the key thing for us is that like, I guess you could say it this way.

progress is like so obvious
