What is it about this

technology that gives you that feeling? Look, I wish I could put my finger on it.

I've been trying to explain this ever since we started the business.

And it's just something you experience when you're here.

It's a combination of the display technology, of the production technology, of our camera positions, all those things.

And I even get goosebumps now when I talk about it.

As this athlete, you chase that energy.

And that takes this thing to a whole different

I mean, that being my time at Fox

is also quite transformational.

But one of the things about you meant like enduring, right? Going through, I think one of the most valuable entrepreneur traits is the ability to endure.

and digest pain uh yeah like to be able to go through these things take the lumps be told no go through that and go through the work i mean most people don't know that my freshman year in college i broke my ankle and they said i'd never play again i had 20 screws in my leg and had to set out my second year yeah going through these things um sets you up for the success so going through the the learnings of gridiron grunts and then going through and having to to reset to go in a corporate corporate world where i had that stint at goldman sachs as a banker but as an mba intern not as a you know vp and so going into fox is where i learned a ton and i think The reason I had success at Fox, we had our product line, right? So we were able to have what was called Procast at Fox.

But then being able to be curious enough to go out and do the other things.

And I'll never forget, I was fortunate.

I got to be on the team that was doing the World Cup in Moscow, right? I got to go to Moscow for one of these pre-meetings, meeting with FIFA.

yeah and and talk about the talent piece though because it's you're in a highly complex hard business and not sacrificing the talent and we were talking earlier about how you think about almost building your talent roster like an nfl talent roster um of how you find these people how you evaluate these people how you lead these people almost create a high performance team within causal

are so what we've announced is that we're opening in atlanta here uh in a few months nice we're opening detroit by the fall so all those are in process happening we're opening a venue in cleveland next year I'm looking in every major market around the U.S. Chicago is a priority market for us.

I think it's an amazing city.

I think the fandom there is amazing.

They'd be fantastic.

We're looking in places like Nashville.

We're looking in Phoenix.
