First of all, were they, you know, the primary responder versus second or non-responder versus a secondary non-responder? I think in this study, I'm looking at it now, the majority of the patients were primary non-responders.

So that means they really didn't, let's just talk about Entanercept, for instance, really didn't respond to that drug within the timeframe in which we would expect rather than it sort of petering out over time.

Historically in my practice, if a patient was a primary non-responder, I would have definitely switched mechanism of action.
