Talk about growth and where you're at right now.

Yeah, you know, we started, Gary, first in 1983 with just one financial product, and that was Indiana Statewide Certified Development Corporation, which provides real estate and equipment funding, again, in partnership with banks at very attractive rates.

And then over the years, as we would see other gaps exist, we worked to create other resources that could help fill those gaps.

And so a couple of years later, in 1986, we started now a $30 million mezzanine fund that's owned by 30 banks.

And again, we work with those banks to fill gaps that exist when they see situations that And then a couple of years later in 1991, we were asked to put together a fund to address the needs of growing companies owned by racial minorities.

And so we put together a company called Lynx Capital Corporation to provide funding for companies owned, as I said, by racial minorities throughout Indiana.

And at the same time in 91, we continued to see a gap that sometimes we couldn't fill.
