Y- y- you have to try to assess, like, how are people feeling, and how are people, um, getting ready for progress because you never want to...

Stabilization, in my opinion, is not about, "Okay, now let's hold this down for a period of time." It's about, uh, you know, when you fall down, you, like, clean yourself up, and then you keep walking.

And so that's what this organization needed to do is to get up, clean itself off, and keep moving because as a regulator, you don't get a day off.

You have to be able to perform.

And so my job was to go in there and make sure that everybody was okay, um, make sure that systems were functional, and then we needed to get on with the, with the good work of the organization, principally good people trying to do a good thing.
