To be honest, Nick, you're a small part of this, seeing you're developing new places in the city.

Things are opening up, seeing the reading development, pictures and things kicking in.

Tell me what your hots and nots are.

How quickly did those revenues grow and what can you share with us in terms of those numbers?

Yeah, so in the lead up to COVID, growth was fairly strong and fairly repeatable.

You know, there was maybe some months where there was bits of wiggle room, but really the question was kind of how much growth, not is it growth, which was good.

COVID hitting was a mixed blessing.

There was and there wasn't sort of like up drafts for us.

You know, you saw certain companies absolutely explode in COVID.

We didn't get that.

Walk us through how AutoHive came about.

there's a bit of a quid pro quo here to do a more savvy deal.

My bigger concern is we just have these train wreck projects, one after another in this country, and particularly in this city, And I don't see any real retros going on to ask the question of how the hell does this keep happening? At the risk of bleeding topics again, we've had the largest public sector in years under the Ardern government previously.

So you've got the most people and you still can't run a project right.

What the hell is going on? And that's where I sit there thinking, okay, there mustn't be enough accountability.

Who's been held responsible for this? Whose head has rolled for wasting this much of our money?

What are we doing?

Well, firstly, I don't agree with banning the phones, and I'm a father myself.

How do you think that actually plays out?

I think it's a possible future.

I think it's further out than people think.

I'll describe this since not everybody's going to be watching, but I think with AI, we are actually in a fast takeoff.

So traditionally with fast takeoff, people think of the Terminator movies, Skynet comes online, kills us all immediately.

I think of it as we are in an innovation fast takeoff.

This is going much, much, much faster than anything else we've seen.
