whole day.
6:30
Others are like, well, I just fight it.
6:32
And, you know, as soon as I sit down, that's really when it all hits me.
6:35
Everyone has different levels of answer fatigue.
6:38
And there's different plans for that.
6:39
And this is what I was saying earlier, that the practice of it or how do you make it practical is going to be more kind of individualized to your needs and where you're at.
6:48
But regardless of your situation, how you're feeling, start with the easiest mental hurdle that you can actually overcome.

But yeah, so what are recommendations for if someone has a port placed and they're nervous about doing, maybe they had an exercise regimen before?
1:33
Before we dive into some of the things that lead to Stealth Wealth Millionaires, tell me kind of when you go and look to interview Stealth Wealth Millionaires on the street, what are some of the things that you quietly look for? Are there things that kind of tell you, hey, this is probably someone I want to interview so that I can have a conversation with them?
1:50
Yeah, funny enough, we've been doing this for the last year and a half.
1:53
And my team on the street of this study that we're doing on these quiet millionaires, it's just me and my filmer.
2:02
So when it comes to qualifying someone, we don't have an assistant producer going around qualifying people to convince them to come on this video it's it's me approaching these strangers and at this point we want to be more efficient with who we end up approaching so there's a little bit of a time where we need a judge who is probably most likely a quiet millionaire and so over the time that we've been doing this survey of these quiet millionaires if we realize most of them dress very modestly it's not what social media depicts i usually call out people and say it looks like they bought their outfits from costco which is not a knock on costco they have great premium stuff there even some brand names but they're not about the luxury goods the luxury designer bags in fact a lot of them just have a very clean modest look and funny enough a lot of them take care of their feet they have nice shoes typically a good old pair of brooks good old pair of hokas and uh that seems to be one of their priorities so that's one little fun fact if you're trying to look for a millionaire on the streets one thing i do want to note is that a quiet millionaire will not admit they're a millionaire from to a stranger that's approaching them on the street so we do ask a few questions that eventually lead up to the question of after building wealth all these years are you now a net worth millionaire but before we even get to that point i ask a few questions always for example how long have you been married for how long have you been investing and funny enough the people who have been married and investing are usually they've usually been doing that for the last 20 to 30 years and once i know that that's almost a given that oh this person is a millionaire after if they've been keeping up these habits for the last 20 30 years then it's it's it's an easier lob up for them to just alley-oop that question of if they're a millionaire

Do you meet a lot of people who earn a ton but own less or almost nothing? And is this something where you have seen that some of these millionaires really didn't even have as high of an income as you may think?
35:47
yeah like we mentioned before the i know the ramsey solutions study talks about the top five careers of millionaires and i believe it's like engineers accountants teachers management and one other career but the thing is doctor is not on that list and growing up in a filipino-american household There's a lot of nurses in the family, right? There's a lot of healthcare professionals.
36:15
My parents are physical therapists themselves, but that did not guarantee an immediate smooth wealth building journey.
36:22
In fact, I don't know why, but I think it is like the healthcare profession.
43:09
Have you seen or come across, you know, some first generation millionaires, and have you seen a difference between those first generation millionaires and people who have actually inherited wealth?
43:17
wealth? Most of the millionaires I actually have met were first generation.
43:22
Um, the first millionaires I really met and got to interview and learn more about were my own parents.
43:28
Uh, th- they came from the Philippines in the '90s.
43:31
Uh, they were both physical therapists.
43:34
And it's funny, now that they're 55 plus, a lot of people will look at them and, you know, they'll say, "Oh, like you guys, you got lucky.
43:41
Of course, you both are working.
45:54
But have you seen, like, a commonality between what the professions are of a lot of these millionaires?
