And so maybe before we do that, just tell us like how you got started and a little bit of your kind of influences getting to this, obviously some of it's from your parents, but a little bit about your background, getting into real estate, why you did it and maybe some things that you've done so far.

Well, I got started up 95% was from my parents.

Um, Back in 2021, I actually seen them doing it.

I didn't really know what they were doing between wholesaling and fixing and flipping.

It actually interested me.

It took me a little while after that to actually get started in it.

So I actually started learning about it through YouTube, through Jerry Norton's YouTube channel.

I had a little conversation with him.

Uh, basically told him, like, I was in the process, you know, of purchasing the home, and we just, you know, we spoke a little bit and I ended up leaving, got in contact with Joe, my father, and we basically came up with a plan.
