know i can't even get it in the um in the frame here um jason you want to tell us what your uh your team structure looks like right now

um so we have a crew of three installers shout out to those guys uh i'd love to name them uh johan abby and jose they're great workers i've been so proud of how uh hard they've been working for me and how you know how hard they've been working for us as a company as a team They're all really, really excellent.

Great quality of work, install, and they just do a really good job.

And then in the office side of things, you have Rachel, who I've mentioned, and myself.

We together take care of leads, contracts, proposals, estimates, and we work our best to keep everything really smooth for our clients and clients.

That's how we get that smooth workflow and we pride ourselves on being a turnkey business and operation with right now one crew.

We do want to expand to two crews next year on installations, but it's very important for me to have a crew that does it all.
