Uh, what I love about this conversation is home buying's already come up a number of times because anybody who's ever tried to buy a house in the UK knows it is the worst process.

Um, and you know, your failure rates, gazumping, um, you know, the amount of time from when we actually give a customer a mortgage offer to completion can be three, four, more months.

And that ignores, you know, probably the years that have gone before that to save up a deposit.

So it's a highly stressful, highly manual, complex journey that is ripe for disruption, and I do think that digital assets can play a role in, in helping us- Um, make the whole process less stressful, more streamlined.
