Um, and for me, I was like, "Oh, wow, there's some toxicity on our team that I've allowed to happen because I wasn't clear on my goals and who I was showing up as every day," not just as a home inspector, but just in my life.

So I decided, and I love the word architect, because it's an intentional building of.

So I decided to take the ki- the chaotic life that I felt like I was stuck in and be the architect of my own journey, and I was like, "What is it that I, what questions are they that I need to be asking? This IEB community that I've immersed myself in, am I just not asking the right questions? Maybe it's not about my growth strategy."
