Correct me if I'm wrong, but how did you guys get in the industry? And talk about what that looked like for you.
9:18
Yeah.
9:18
Yeah.
9:19
Uh, the way we got into the industry, um, so when I was at GM, I learned that the OEMs are not making money from car sales, right? Like, their margins on new car sales is, you know, maybe seven to eight percent.
9:35
The area of the business that was making them a ton of money was the servicing of the vehicles.
9:41
So I knew that the auto repair servicing piece was always a great and, and attractive way for us to build technology 'cause we saw, especially on the fixed operations and even at the auto repair side, at the independents, is, you know, th- there's a ton that can be done.

And AI was a new technology, and we figured if we can be one of the companies that takes this serious early on, we can build that initial momentum across the aftermarket auto industry.
12:56
I'm curious, um, can you guys integrate with an existing sales process? Um, like, what does it look like? 'Cause what I hear you say is, "We can help you sell better," um, but I wanna know how that, that's the case.
