What are some of the innovations or changes your team has implemented?

Yes.

So we've actually been working on hatchery reforms for the better part of a decade.

Um, kind of small little things never stop, but we're constantly trying to make improvements, and really what we would consider hatchery reform has really taken over over the last 10 years or so.

Um, little things like keeping better track of survival through different stages in development at the hatchery, which helps us identify, um, patterns or certain points where we may be, um, limited or seeing losses in, in different parts of the rearing process.

Um, going, switching to pairing mates, one me- one female and one male instead of having, um, multiple males and multiple females spawning together allows us to increase the number of family groups out there, which, um, helps prevent, uh, inbreeding depressions, things like that.

Um, we've also been working on finding ways to reduce stress, so, like, for example, um, little things like when we load fish into a truck to take to release, something as simple as keeping people away from the raceways.

And to piggyback on that, were there adjustments to release timing, transport methods, or release locations that you think made a meaningful difference?
