73:46
And, of course, Grant went on to become president of the United States.
73:49
He goes on a little bit about that after-war history of them both.
73:53
So that should be fascinating with a lot of pictures, firsthand accounts.
74:25
And so are there going to be a pro and con panel for that one, Dr. Jay?
6:35
I know.
6:37
Let me talk about Thursday.
6:39
On the October 22nd, Lee and Grant, before they were Titans.
6:43
So we've heard of General Lee and General Grant, of course.
6:47
And this will be in person at our lovely studios at Scarlet Oaks, at 300 Scarlet Oaks Drive.
6:55
The class is led by Rick Russell, who's going to give us The background of General Lee and General Grant, how they grew up, how they were different, how they were the same, how they looked militarily.

And they are two totally different people, of course, two different backgrounds and histories, and how that affected the way they led their various armies.

And so are there going to be a pro and con panel for that one, Dr. J.?
68:01
I mean, I don't know, where we pivot over from, uh, Bri- uh, Breitbart's Bradley J. talking about the midterm elections to Krav Maga?
68:10
Yeah, that's right.
68:10
The self-defense.
68:12
So, uh, we talked about it briefly before.
68:14
That, of course, is the Israeli-produced self-defense martial art, Krav Maga.
68:19
And, uh, Erin Benitanis, who is our expert, is, uh, or was an IDF, uh, soldier.
68:26
He worked with the Golani Heights.
71:33
... why these polls have been so wrong.
3:27
I mean, out of nowhere, we pivot over from, uh, Br- uh, Breitbart's Bradley J. talking about the midterm elections to Krav Maga? [laughs]
3:36
That's right, self-defense.
3:39
So, uh, we talked about it briefly before.
3:41
That, of course, is the Israeli-produced self-defense martial art, Krav Maga.

And, uh, Erin Benitanis, who is our expert, is, uh, or was an IDF, uh, soldier.
3:52
He worked with the Golani Heights.
3:55
Uh, uh, uh, that's where he pra- where he was stationed, excuse me.
7:00
... why these polls have been so wrong.
70:12
That's not what the panel tonight is going to say, though, is it?
70:15
No, not at all.
70:16
We're going to meet the guys who actually get the sausage made.
70:19
How about that? So if you wanted to get under the hood and figure out how legislation is made and how you can contact your legislators, your politicians, what you can do, how to influence your federal legislatures, this is it.
70:32
We're going to have Ben Thaler, Tom Evans, and Grant Badshaw there.
70:36
You can say, who are these guys? These are the guys behind the guys.
70:40
Ben Thaler works with Warren Davidson, and Tom Evans works with Senator John Husted, and Grant Badshaw works with Senator Bernie Marino.
75:17

Yes, there are good virtual and in person.
126:03
We can ask questions.

And we also actually often have prizes that we give away to people who attend.
126:10
If you've never been to an empower you, we do have kind of a prize for showing up.
126:14
We give out tickets to everyone who comes in.
126:16
So, you know, I don't know if that's a big reason to come, but it's not bad.

Good.
98:54
that, yeah.
98:55
Yes, we're doing that.
98:57
Two things I want to ask people to do who are coming, maybe three things.
99:01
This is the beginning of a new era for Empower U.
99:05
This will be our first year with Dan helping out, but not actually running things.
99:11
That will be this coming year.
99:13
He's still going to be managing.
100:40
