Jay, go ahead.
26:46
Yeah, so another one that the team raised, also DJ's probably falls more on the contract side of the house where we have eliminated or modified a past DOE order, gone to a later revision to reduce, you know, and bring more efficiency to the process.
27:07
However, in past reviews of the order, we may have CO letters that may have been written to the contractors that may have given extra clarifications, may have even added requirements above the DOE order.
27:23
So there's a bit of discussion here of if I have a later revision now that now supersedes the old DOE order, how do I deal with these CO letters that may have added, maybe addressed things in the order, but also added additional requirements.
27:42
Now our approach is going to be, we're going to execute the latest revision of the order and any OCO letters tied to it will be superseded with this new order.
27:54
I don't know how clean that will be across the board, but we're taking the intent of Project Velocity to say the government's intent is to reduce, streamline, And if these additional requirements were above the order anyway, then this project is designed to eliminate that.
28:13
So I don't know how the field would respond to those various scenarios, but we're anticipating that level of discussion and friction at some points.
