It is every asset heterogeneous.

Every asset has to be diligence.

Yes, with AI and other things, there is more information available.

It's your responsibility to find it.

So talk about kind of a little bit about that background, school, but then what brought you to Morgan Stanley? Why real estate? And did you go to Morgan Stanley to do real estate?
