How do voters in Arizona take it when you say, yeah, I think we need these?
20:25
Well, I don't think you have a choice about this race that we're in.
20:30
We are in a race with China to win the AI generation that's coming.
20:33
It will define who wins the world's economy and controls the world's economy.
20:38
And by proxy, it's going to define who controls the world's security.
20:41
So we don't have a choice if we're going to win it.
20:43
We have to win it.

7 MINS LATER

28:14
Is that a fair read?
62:18
So tell us about your opponent now in the general and what We would get if we don't get Jay Feely over the finish line in CD1 for Arizona.
62:28
Well, I think it's pretty interesting.
62:29
If you go back to this primary, the Democrats spent about $7 million just in this primary.
62:34
They endorsed Marlene Woods.
62:35
They did not endorse Dr. Amishaw.
62:38
They spent a ton of money against him.
62:39
And they wanted somebody who they felt would fit this district more, somebody who was more moderate.
66:30
So what are the action items for people listening, Jay?
23:59
So when you look at the Democrat fight and you look at how your campaign is going, even though it's a very, very close district and it'll be a hard fought campaign, do you feel like you have the advantage here if for no other reason than these Democrats are tearing each other apart?
24:14
Well, I've been happy to watch from the sidelines to see what's going on in the Democratic Party.
24:18
You know, you mentioned that the seven million dollars they've already spent cumulatively on this seat in their primary fighting.
24:24
Really, they've been moving further and further to the left, trying to to run and prove that they're the farthest left candidate.
24:31
And in Arizona and this district in particular, in a swing district where there's one hundred and eighty thousand registered independents, They do not want democratic socialism.
24:40
The number one issue in our district is the economy.
24:43
And people want an economy that works for everyone.
27:18
But these independent swing voters, how are they processing the world? And what do you think they're looking for in their next congressman?
23:59

18:41
» Donc, c'est
18:41
vraiment une réponse de 20 ans.
18:45
Donc, si vous retournez en 2005, et je joue pour les Giants, et je suis à New York, j'ai commencé à faire le show de Sean Hannity.
18:52
Et il avait un grand panel américain, et il apportait trois ou quatre personnes, et ils avaient un panel.
18:58
Oui, je me souviens de ça.
18:59
Oui.
19:00

7:47
So when then they weaponize a photo with your wife, it puts it in the context of just how nasty it is.
7:53
So we've been married 28 years.
7:55
We have four kids of our own.
7:57
We have two kind of bonus kids that we brought here from Haiti that we consider part of our family as well.
8:03
And then we got four grandkids.
8:05
And we've moved all over the country as I played on six different teams and settled out here in Arizona and Rebecca became a teacher and was anatomy and biology teacher, teaching in a Christian school, loved the opportunity to share God and Christ in school in regard to science because she just knew when these kids get to college and the ideology that they're going to have in college and the lack of God in any way involved in science, I got to give them this foundation that they can hold on to when they get to college.
8:37
So she just loved that and You know, God and Christ has been a big part of our entire marriage and our family.

6 MINS LATER

14:30
How did that shape your faith? What did you experience there? And then we'll get into maybe maybe some hope for Gen Z.
40:59
Is this an election where the party, the Democrat Party, might get a painful lesson?
41:04
I sure hope so.
41:04
I mean, that's why I'm running for office.
41:06
You know, that's why I left broadcasting and a great career where I only had to work five months of the year to come and try to represent the people of Arizona and to go to Congress.
41:15
We need more people who are going there not to enrich themselves, truly want to be those civil servants and have the courage to stand up and fight for the principles that Americans believe in.
41:24
We believe in equal opportunity.
41:26
We believe that Americans should have the right to go after their dreams.
45:18
Tell us about it.
