actually used Excel and built a three-dimensional working model of the factory floor where I could adjust scrap rates, I could adjust throughput, I could adjust staffing by adding an X here or moving an X here, and we could do a big what-if scenario on if we do this, how is it gonna impact the cost of the product? So we'd get in a conference room and put that up on the board and go through that.
