So how about this? How do mental toughness skills from the job at the correctional show up in the ring? Or is it vice versa for you? Is it you being a fighter that you bring into the work or from work you bring to fighting?
47:04
That's a really good question.
47:06
And thinking about it, I want to say it's a little bit of both.

I feel like being in a high stressful environment whenever I'm actually like in a fight or whether I'm actually sparring and just your control over yourself, you have three opponents in the ring.

The first opponent is the obvious one.
47:24
It's the one right in front of you that's punching you in the face, right? That's your first opponent.
47:27
The second opponent is the crowd, because a lot of people, they don't do very well in front of crowds.

Is there one specific fight, Javi, that whether it was a win or a loss, where you walked away different than you walked in? Is there a fight that stands out for you?
