Mm-hmm.

Because that was, that was a big, um, let's say red light, you know, that we were getting back from the interviews that were conducted with the end users, you know, trying to, I wouldn't say more standardize, but, you know, taking all those specifications that you all are dealing with together, how do you basically, um, apply those to the different end markets and, and what do you do as far as, you know, how do I prove that I'm meeting the mil spec and all that? And I think at the, the end of the day, you know, that certification program is gonna be, you know, very, obviously it's very important to the AAC, but to our members is like, "Hey, I'm, I'm certified.

I know what I'm doing.

Um, I'm following, you know, the, the recipes, you know, my internal procedures to making sure this is how I'm checking and, and, and going through that." So by conference time, we should have two anodizers that will be certified, and we'll be announcing those at conference, um, which will be very exciting.

What trends do you believe will shape the anodizing industry over the next five to 10 years?

Yeah.

Well, trends, I mean, I think we talked about it, workforce development, um, you know, it's, is definitely one of those things is, you know, and none of us getting any younger [laughs].

So, you know, how do we attract, you know, the, the next anodizers, you know, not only from a management perspective, but also from the shop floor perspective.

Yeah.

But if you're building a project and it, you know, it's taking years to get permits and, and the prices have gone the other way, it's these...

We, we know commodity markets are cyclical, and so y-you end up building these projects when the market's down a-and it handcuffs them.

And, and, and that's, uh, you know, not the only reason, but that's part of the reason Hecla owns the, the Keno Hill Silver Mine in, in the area we're working in the Yukon because the previous operator, Alexco, could never get their feet under them.

And I'm not saying it was all because of permitting, but certainly, you know, permitting was a, was a part of, uh, of the issue for them.

So it's, um, I think that's probably our biggest hurdle and, and it's really frustrating for, for us that are on the early stages.

Like, we're finding that, that next set of resources that Hecla's gonna mine.
