Tell us about that research.

I'll give you the origin story first.

Um, so there's, there's a con- regular conference that happens in Leeds, which I'm going to again this year, called the Schools History Project, and I was sitting at a plenary with some teachers, and the plenary was, um, from a group of academics, uh, who'd set up something called Our Migration Story, which still exists.

Had its 10th anniversary recently.

And this was an online resource where academics and teachers had contributed to enable teachers to access resources about Britain's migration story.

And Malachi McIntosh and Sandeep Lidner, who were leading on that project, uh, you know, asked me about the work, and we did some sort of research on, on the teachers who, who, who liked the project and found it valuable, but consistently were saying resources by themselves are not enough.

In order to have the confidence to teach these topics, we need more training, we need more understanding, and, and those th- things underpin teacher practice in the classroom.

You know? We do, we don't...

Maybe down here we see a lot of, um, clay tile roofing, and maybe we have metal roofing, and there's all sorts of different types and configurations of getting lots and lots of board on the top.

In the end, it's really about making it, uh, easily digestible and understandable, and, and, and to me, that's a, it's an R-5 board.

It's what code's requiring in the, in the heating climates, uh, maybe an R-10.

Uh, and for those that wanna branch out a little bit more and get more material, more mass, I think there's some really, really compelling things for it.
