And

so, so that was, so I started July by, by mid August.

I remember I was, I was like, I started taking deliveries in my car.

Uh, and, uh, you know, I was, I remember dropping stuff off at the P and E.

We were making like these, these salmon, uh, salmon sausages for, uh, I think it was, uh, I can't remember.

There was a sausage guy had all these different kinds of, it was like, remember the place johnny fucking johnny hot dog or something that was anyways it was a place on denman that had a booth at pne oh i see okay and so we were doing these salmon dogs and right anyway so so it started with deliveries and then okay well you deliver this and then you could go and talk to this guy and this guy so i'm like okay go to work in the morning work and then put some, you know, put some like appropriate clothes on to, you know, cruise into a kitchen and, and try to talk to a chef about what I don't really know yet.

Can you talk a little bit about that one? Because I thought the story behind it was really interesting.
