awesome.

5:08
Anybody that says they're perfect from the start.
5:10
Yeah, red flag.
5:12
But you also want to pay attention to somebody who learns from their mistakes or mistakes or stuff that they don't know yet.
5:18
Listening to those feedback.

it's going to keep it nobody's going to rough anymore it's glamping to the it's going to be cool in here we've had
33:31
Can you give me a little background on it and what we need to know?

41:21
And then there's the park system, and that's the reason I'm here talking about it.
41:26
We get a quarter of it.
41:29
And you start talking about everything that goes along with that, that goes to pay for our capital portion.
41:34
So anytime we would like to go get new playgrounds, restroom buildings, do some upgrades to the Young Family Athletic Center or Westwood Pool and so on and so on, that's where we would get that money from to keep those fresh, nice, new, and all that good stuff.
