But I got a good sample size and you could say I definitely wanted to make sure I got it right.

But what I wanted to know is what was being done really well.

Who were the strong players? What were they doing wrong? What were the gaps? What were the opportunities to differentiate? And from there was the genesis for Image, which was to build these really beautiful creative spaces for beauty professionals to open up their own business and operate, but provide them the business support that they desperately were asking for and needed.

Because most of them didn't go to business school.

They went to beauty school.
