Well, it could, because, like, i- in the due diligence, it becomes difficult where if you need a document like a, a P&L or an attendance report, and then you get from the seller a picture emailed to you of their clipboard with their roster on it all handwritten.

Right? So, you know, so you can't even take that and export it and then start, you know, plugging it into any existing, you know, uh, s- what spreadsheets that you might have to, to do some, some projections.

Like, it, there's a lot, it was a lot of manual, uh, accounting for some of the schools that we acquired.

But we knew what our, our, our non-negotiables were for all of our schools, right? Because, uh, for being a multi-site operator, we needed to have insight into what's going on in our schools wherever we are.

If we're at an airport waiting to go to a site visit, or we're here at the central office, or we're in the school, we should not have to go to a file cabinet and open it or have someone do that, you know, four states away to scan something or take a picture of it.

It's not efficient.
