What have you learned about yourself then through the journey of building a business on your own?
12:11
I was in the building trade to start with.
12:13
When I left school, I joined... building company and then we developed a family business and that was going to my sort of dad retired and then it sort of disbanded but we still helped each other but we went separately I learned a lot just from from that and running the business that way so then I went off on my own start my own building company then got into a partnership and that came with challenges.

Again, it's, you think you know some people then maybe you don't and partnerships are quite difficult.
12:41
You really need to work on them and keep talking.
12:43
So yeah, it's, it was a massive learning curve, but I got to a point where quite a few things changed.
12:49
And I think a lot of people need to understand that if you're doing something that you don't really enjoy or you're really, really stressed, have a look, find out other different things.
