yeah
24:07
uh are they cat friendly or any of the staff cat friendly certified it's not hard to do.
24:13
Yeah.
24:13
It takes a choice.
24:15
I need to do it.
24:15
I need to do it.
24:16
It's online.

story about it.
29:39
Like if you need more than one, you know, where can I use PPP in this? Or can I split the PRP into, you know, maybe four CCs and two CCs, et cetera.
29:48
I think my conversation has definitely changed over time.
29:52
And so I'd say when I first came out of fellowship, I probably viewed PRP or other biologics more as like a treatment that entered the conversation after multiple things had failed.
30:06
And I think there's like a right and wrong to this.
30:08
So, you know, I'm actually a big proponent of, you know, when you come out of training, however it is you got here, you know, if you're practicing how we practice, you know, whether it's primary care sports, medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, et cetera, there's a time period where you should put the work in of just like understanding the basics and being, you know, practicing autonomy, understanding complications that occur, right? reviewing imaging, you know, really honing in on practicing that without sort of adding some of these adjunctive therapies, I think, because I think the more times people do these things without understanding why they're doing it, it dilutes what other people are trying to do the right way.
30:52
So, you know, five years ago, if you asked me, you know, when did it come up? You know, I sent them for therapy for months and I offered them Anti-inflammatories and, you know, maybe we did multiple steroid injections prior to saying, oh, well, I have this little thing in my back pocket, you know, that we could do this.
31:14
And what I've now found more helpful as I continue to grow my practice is.

18 MINS LATER

49:20
Yeah.
23:19
So I guess I think what would be super helpful and interesting is if you sort of And kind of if we go through some things that one practices should think about having doing in their practice to be more cat friendly and to what cat owners, caregivers can look for in a practice that they're going to to know it's going to be a better experience for my cat.
23:42
No, I think those are, those are great points.
23:44
So sort of the same thing.
23:45
So, well, I think there's what you're looking for as a caregiver is, is different than what I'm going to tell the practice because the caregiver is only going to see so much.
23:55
Right.
23:56
So, you know, if I'm sitting in the seat of, I'm looking for a practice to choose as a, I'm looking for, do any of the doctors, are they members of the feline VMA? Yeah.
24:07
Are they cat friendly or any of the staff cat friendly certified? It's, not hard to do.

23 MINS LATER

story about it.
