So was that something that came up for any of these producers as you were talking through the series or building the series with them? Or did you specifically only select distillers based on them already having that capacity for the volume you had in mind?

Well, this is really hard to know what, what volume I, quote unquote, "should have in mind" because, uh, time will tell about how, how much the world is gonna care about, uh, Mexican unaged cane spirits.

I kinda deal with this a little bit with the Mezcal side of things too.

I'm, I'm very used to kind of, like, kind of growing a brand horizontally where we work with a lot of producers who are small and go into it understanding that not everyone will be able to quote, you know, quote unquote, "fulfill" a, a demand that might be someday, you know, exist.

I think this is probably the case with MexRums as, as well.

Um, you know, there's, there's someone on the team that is, that works at a pretty high s- a pretty big scale.

Everyone else is pretty small.

So what, what's the story behind Pico Canoa? How does that rum taste like it does? [laughs]
