What I like is that we have our top 12 runners.

We only graduate two of them.

And so in a good portion, I think six of them have been with me all the way through.

And so you can see the buy-in.

We have Oscar Ruiz, he's been with me the entire time.

His growth, his mindset, he comes into work every single day.
