32:24
I actually was probably, I don't want to say I was the only person, but I helped start that whole thing.
32:31
So when I went and played, we went over to the Kings to play the Utah Jazz.
32:35
In the second half, the crowd was going absolutely burko in a game against an Australian team.
32:40
We're at the free throw line and no one knew why until after.
32:43
If we missed two free throws, they got free falafels or something.

I tell you, you had your own woes last year, didn't you? I remember you were playing, because you were still playing NBL 1, giving back to the junior club there at Bankstown, and then you had a bit of hamstring issues, but you ended up in hospital.
83:38
Yeah.
83:38
I actually was probably, I don't want to say I was the only person, but I helped start that whole thing.

So when I land back in the country, they're about to announce the Hungry Jacks and we're down at the Hungry Jacks on George Street there.

And then you had a bit of hamstring issues, but you ended up in hospital.

Sam Meninga might have something to say about that, but he could have a very, very big Wednesday night.
9:35
No, Will Mayday is the most influential centre in the league right now in terms of his ability to affect the game at both ends of the floor.
9:44
And that's defensively, he just puts people in a bind where they get in there and they worry about where he is and they're paying attention.
9:51
He deters shots.
9:52
He makes people second-guess themselves.
9:54
And then the other end, his ability to be an elite screener and roller just draws attention.
10:00
And I love, like, the way Will has passed the ball this year, I think, like...

And your heart just has to go out for him because he did look fantastic in the preseason over there for the Kings.

How do you see that inclusion? And where are you seeing the Breakers? Because a lot of people are concerned about their roster.
8:49
Yeah, I'm concerned as well.
8:51
I'm not concerned.
8:53
I think they've got the personnel to be good.
8:55
That's the hardest thing.
8:55
You can speak on all these teams.
8:58
And I don't think anyone is bad.
10:26
I don't think that you could argue with that.
8:42
How do you see that inclusion, and, and where are you seeing the Breakers? 'Cause a lot of people are, are concerned about their roster.
8:49
Yeah, I'm concerned as well.
8:50
Um, I, I'm just, I'm not concerned.
8:53
I, I think they've got the personnel to be good.
8:55
That's the hardest thing.
8:55
You c- you can speak on all these teams, a- and I don't think anyone is bad.
9:00
I just think there's a lot of people that could be very good, and for me, how far are New Zealand away from being good right now? A- and having this happen doesn't help their group.
10:26
I, I don't think that you could argue with that.

What's kind of – not a day in the life but what – What do you have to do to stay fit and stay going, especially with the injury?
23:13
It's probably no dissimilar to most sports, right? Like you have your team schedule and you have things around it.
23:21
I guess a lot of the basketball schedule early on in my career, it was kind of just a game a week.
23:26
So you just play.
23:27
It was no dissimilar to NRL and AF footy.
23:29
You just play once a week and train throughout.
23:32
Where probably towards mid, later end of my career, it started to shift to – sometimes you play like three or four games in 10 days.

Yeah.

So everything was built around the 19s World Cup.
1:08
I was one of the late, um...
1:10
Probably the first time I really started probably showing how good I was as a junior, like, I always in moments top age when I was top age of age groups, but when I was bottom age 18s was when it started to kind of all come together.
1:24
And then I went into that scene late.
1:27
Like, the Worlds was in June-

But I do remember them, 'cause once they released the doors, I just remember 'cause my, my nuts were stuck between my legs.
