Maybe it was easy or kind of nice for her to explain the culture piece and having her mob behind her and feeling protected always.

But I don't know.

I think maybe the group doesn't know that we have that already, like that culture.

And maybe it's just having a bit more of an understanding of that's exactly the same feeling, having the team and the club behind you in every move that you have.

And, yeah, I feel like that's a huge part of culture, just feeling protected and feeling like someone's got your back always.
