so how did that how did that play out you know for you
16:14
so it was tough i mean i was incredibly passionate about the on-air bit like it's kind of like the dream i had was to to have drive time show on on a station that played the kind of music that i liked and it kind of already got there and stage one of the fm journey i just ended up having to do all these other things to support that being able to continue to happen so that was the driving force behind it but Broadcasting in the low power FM spectrum was like the Wild West, right? Anyone could broadcast on any frequency within a certain range, so long as they had the right equipment.
16:42
So I was actually part of a group.
16:44
We came together.
16:45
which was the Incorporated Society of Low Power FM Users in Auckland.
16:48
And we actually got together and worked to manage the radio spectrum band ourselves so that we could kind of maximise the coverage that everyone could get out of the space.
16:57
And so I think without that, it would have been even more difficult.
