Seems kind of interesting to me that so many cultures that, uh, it seems like the countries are very hot, you know, like eating a hot Thai soup that's like hot water with hot, hot peppers while it's humid and hot out.

Uh, on ill effects, i- intentionally, tear gas is, uh, yes, capsaicin? How do they do that? And, and can that kill you if you have too much sprayed on your face or something like that?

Uh, we've identified these patterns of notes, and the way we figure out what those seven notes that work well together are, um, I think the easiest way to remember is this phone number method, they call it.

You just remember 221-2221.

Now, step is a confusing word to use.

We're just gonna throw this part out, but just for the people, 'cause they'll often say a whole step, which is actually two notes, or a half step, which is one.
