But how do you think about this whole world I'm kind of stabbing at here?

Jared SlaterGUEST
And he basically did an experiment on water, whereas basically he would turn water into... snowflakes and you know as far as being made into snowflakes you basically like you could like say mean things to it or play like a bad frequency or bad vibration and you would say basically you would say mean things to the snowflake like you're ugly you're stupid you're dumb and then he would take a picture of the snowflake when it formed and then he'd say nice things like you're beautiful you're smart you know you're whatever and it says forms this beautiful snowflake And so water from a vibrational standpoint is his argument that it like it holds on to emotions and it holds on to intention.

Jared SlaterGUEST
And so like, that's why, you know, if anyone does muscle testing, like if you say something negative.

Jared SlaterGUEST
or you think something negative, or you even tell a lie and you muscle test someone, they're going to fail the muscle test every time because the water holds on that negative vibration.

Um, and kind of give me a feel for where you're at now and how you feel now, uh, in terms of your own frequency, but how would you kind of define it? And then like, The way right now, were you just born like this and you just have like are figuring out how to to get the most done at your frequency? Or are you kind of like at some point, have you taken intentional steps to be like, I want to start thinking more positive thoughts and like, you know, like doing that snowflake thing, you know, like like positively impacting people? the little details of my world with the frequency I'm admitting, like, have you kind of like taking some degree of control of that? And then like, if so, where are you trying to get with it? Like kind of like past, present, future, which in terms of frequency.

Jared SlaterGUEST
that FAA preempts, the FAA preempts any state law that says, that disfavors arbitrability, rather.

Jared SlaterGUEST
And then first options and kindred nursing then say they take it one step further.

Jared SlaterGUEST
And what they say is that if they are, if, any state law were to try to disfavor arbitration agreements, they are preempted by the FAA.

Jared SlaterGUEST
And then we move on to more recent Ninth Circuit rulings, both Brennan versus Opus Bank and Patrick versus Running Warehouse.

Jared SlaterGUEST
The reason why I cite these two cases for this seminar is because both of those also incorporated rules into the arbitration agreement for delegations.
