And there's so many factors, too, that I see clinics struggle with.

The biggest thing – I'm a marketer, so I don't know everything about the consulting side and the finances.

But I will be working with a lot of brand-new businesses, and I'll say, oh, do you have a membership? And they'll say, oh, yeah, we're thinking about starting a membership, and we've been hearing so much about – beauty bank memberships.

And then realizing, this is actually a really good tool for me to predict.
