So do you mind sharing how you got to where you are today?

Absolutely.

I was brand new graduate from Texas tech with a degree in marketing, a bachelor's in business administration, had no idea what I wanted to do.

Wasn't even sure I was going to graduate at the end of that semester.

And people said, well, you got to get with enterprise, run a car.

They've got a great management training program.

Enterprise was the one and only company I interviewed with and got into their management training program, was there for almost four and a half years.

But can you sort of share how that's, from your perspective, what's happening in the operations sector?
