How do you prepare and mitigate the risk that might be a personality issue or a locker room issue whenever the dude is maybe 15 goals, 12 assists the previous year? How do you filter for what you might be concerned with from a personality, chemistry, cultural standpoint?

Yeah, I think when you're talking about how you want to deal with your roster, culture is a big thing.

And I think when we talk about historically teams that have had strong cultures, you're wondering if that's going to stay with all the portal and the transferring.

Because ultimately your locker room handles that.

So if you're bringing in players to jump over guys that have been there two, three years and they – produce it's one thing if they don't produce now you got a whole whole another potential issue depending on the character of the kid and work ethic of the kid um you know for for me it's just how do you how do you want to handle this right if it's when now then yeah of course you go get the oldest players and you go get the guys that have had good careers elsewhere and you know at least your floor is going to be relatively safe and you'll have a competitive team? Or do you say, hey, I'll take these 18-year-olds.

They need some work, but the ceiling is going to be higher maybe at the end of the tunnel.

We actually feel like sometimes having a team of freshmen and sophomores is easier.
