Yeah, so, you know, it's unique being in a pre-K to six district in Franklin Square.

So we have to think a little bit differently, although very similar to my colleagues.

When AI first was accessible, I thought, wow, if we can use this to differentiate in ways that we have not been able to do as quickly, why would we not do this? If we could personalize learning for our students in ways that we are doing, but can't do as quickly.

I remember as an English teacher, and Jen, I'm sure you did this as well, right? We would find, you know, passages, different passages, and we would pull them around a similar theme, but at different levels.

And it could take a week or two to find all of those passages that we were going to use for a lesson.

And now, oh my gosh, we could do this in 15 minutes or less, and now probably five minutes with the latest AI.

And so take your time, provide the support necessary so that we can experience levels of success that are appropriate to where everybody is and hope that they grow and take a next step.

A relationship has to, to, to develop.

That's the only way.

I mean, again, unless we're buying paper, pencils, those types of things, we don't need relationships for that.

We can just order from Amazon or Staples, right? But if you're bringing in something that's going to hopefully make a difference for our children here in the district or something that's gonna make a difference for our teachers or our administrators, there has to be a relationship that's built between either myself and the person or my team and the person.

And usually it's both, right? Because I don't believe in, uh, top-down.

If I-- I get excited by a lot of things, I'll be very honest.

You know, I, I have a lot of conversations with people at, at various conferences, and I see a lot of incredible, uh, technologies that are out there that I think can make a huge difference.
