And probably going to have quite an unusual answer to that question and quite different to probably what you hear from 99, 9% of the other people you have been interviewing.

And basically I didn't just fall into the reinsurance and legacy industry by coincidence or by accident.

So it was a conscious decision I took.

And I have to say, as conscious a decision can be at the age of 50.
