Is that 16 a year reduced from the amount of pollution that the oil sands create now or after they have scaled up, which is kind of the point of the pipeline and everything that's going on, right? That the oil companies, the governments of Alberta, of Canada, they want more oil and gas production from the oil sands, right?

Yeah.

So depending on where the carbon capture is installed, like which facilities its carbon capture is installed at, it may address emissions that are currently being emitted by existing facilities, or it may be installed at new facilities.

It's really unclear.

sort of where it would be installed at this point.

But overall, from these, and I mean, ultimately, the five firms in the oil sands alliance constitute the vast, vast, vast majority of oil sands production in Canada.

So I mean, these are the oil sands producers that we are, that the government of Canada and Alberta are negotiating with here.

Can you explain essentially what has been agreed to there?
