agreed.

And to your point on sarcopenia, this is such an impactful issue for patients with cirrhosis.

And really, we need to be doing everything we can to combat and slow its development because it's really a positive feedback loop with uncontrolled encephalopathy.

So people with encephalopathy, we talk about altered mental status.

I don't know how much of this we really talked about so far, but You know, it has a very variable presentation, right? But one of the first things that happens is that it changes people's behavior.

It changes their ability to balance.

And so, you know, they often lose a little bit.

And then I say, the next time I really want you to bring, you know, somebody in with you, somebody that's a family member, also that's with you on a regular basis, because they can sometimes be the most helpful assessment, if you will.
